Hugo's Frequently Asked Questions

Ask Hugo What is the cutoff time for Next Day Air shipments?

If we have the item you are looking for in stock and we receive your order by 4:00 PM, we can ship Next Day Air.  However, if we do not have the item in stock and it must be ordered from the factory, the cutoff time will vary due to the restrictions of the factory.  Give us a call to get the most detailed information regarding your particular case.

Ask Hugo Can I email orders to you?

Orders can certainly be emailed to us and in fact, it is a very efficient way of placing and order.  Please email orders to info@actionparts.com.

Ask Hugo What are your normal business hours?

We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday

Ask Hugo Can I pick up parts I have ordered instead of having them shipped?

If you are close by to our Nashua location, you are more than welcome to come by and pick up your parts.  We would love to say hello!

Ask Hugo How do I open an account?

Opening an account or a Net 30 is as simple as calling our offices and requesting a credit application.

Ask Hugo Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.  We do not except Discover Card.

Ask Hugo What is the average shipping cost?

Our minimum shipping charge is $9.50.  Shipping charges may vary based on weight, dimensions and delivery location.

Ask Hugo How long will it take to receive the parts I ordered?

Shipping times can vary based upon your location.  Since we are located in Nashua, New Hampshire, we can ship to the New England area in one day.  Shipments to other locations in the US can take anywhere from three to seven days based on location.  For exact times, please call us with your shipping information and we will provide you with a ship time.

Ask Hugo Do you sell parts for residential units?

We do not carry parts for residential units.  We only handle commercial grade appliances.

Ask Hugo How do I measure a gasket correctly?

Gaskets must be measured from corner to corner in order to insure the best possible and most accurate measurements.  In some cases, gaskets will need to be measured from dart to dart but we can determine that for you when you call.  We can also provide custom gaskets to meet the specifications needed.  Call us for further information.
